Legal & Financial Services

Empathy UK Funeral Plans, together with their Legal & Financial partners, offer you legal advice on a range of services.

Making a Will

Empathy UK Funeral Plans offer a FREE simple Will and storage with every fully paid ‘Exclusive’ Plan. Making a Will is something that most of us would prefer to put off until another day. It is, however, one of the most important things that you can do. It means that your wishes are clear about what you would like to happen after you die and gives you peace of mind.

Empathy UK believe Will writing doesn’t need to be complicated. The Empathy UK Exclusive Plan includes a simple Will as standard if you pay for the Plan within 30 days, but if you have special requests we have a specialist Legal team on hand. Contact us on 0800 035 5729 to arrange to speak to a specialist Will advisor.

Protect your assets with a Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA)

A Lasting Power of Attorney is an important legal document which can make sure your affairs are managed by someone you trust during your lifetime.

This may be needed if you become unable to do so yourself, perhaps through old age, illness or accident. Empathy UK’s legal partners can help you through all the stages of creating an LPA at a fixed cost.

Probate and Estate Administration

It is a stressful time when a loved one dies and dealing with their affairs is the last thing you’ll want to do. You may not be sure of what you need to do next. Dealing with tax, legal processes and other administration can all add to this. Empathy UK Legal Partners can help you through the whole process, giving you advice and support every step of the way.
